I promise to be there for you during this stage of your journey. My goal is to help you work towards healing and connect to your values so you can live a more meaningful life.
My Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals, couples, and parents heal, increase insight, identify what you have control over, develop your toolkit, and align with your purpose and values. I provide a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and working together to create goals that are aligned with your hopes for therapy. I specialize in working with adults, couples and parents. Please see My Services to see specialties. I draw heavily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman model, the Good Inside model, and Somatic Therapy modalities including Mindfulness.
My Practice
I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years. My experience enables me to offer effective individualized, therapeutic care. I treat a number of mental health concerns, and provide a safe and warm environment to adults, couples and adolescents.
